Description

  • Team: Ramsey Education

  • Please note that applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

  • Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

  • A Little Bit About Us: You might know us from our founder and CEO, Dave Ramsey, who’s given no-nonsense money advice on the radio since 1992. Three decades later, Ramsey Solutions is a household name in personal finance, with a mission to change the toxic money culture for good.

  • Our Mission: Ramsey Solutions provides biblically based, commonsense education and empowerment that give HOPE to everyone in every walk of life.

Here’s a Taste of Our Benefits:

  • Health insurance (includes plans eligible for an HSA—with a company match up to $500!)
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% match/company contribution
  • Annual wellness, counseling and grocery membership reimbursement
  • On-campus cafe with subsidized pricing for breakfast, lunch and coffee bar
  • Dependent care FSA
  • Tons of cultural activities, like weekly devotional, leadership development courses, Battle of the Bands, and one epic Christmas party!

Where and How You’d Work:

  • Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.

  • While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You’d Do in This Role:

  • Ramsey Education has spent 25 years helping students learn about money, and the ground is shifting under it in the best way: financial education is moving from an elective to a requirement in schools. You'll lead the strategy, growth, and sales organization that puts Ramsey Education in front of the school and district leaders making those decisions. You'll set the plan, lead the sales and leadership teams to hit revenue goals, and shape the direction of the business. The foundational work is already in place, and you'll have real room to make it your own and change the trajectory. It's the energy of a startup with the standards of an established business, and every school you win puts the next generation on a path to a healthier relationship with money.

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You've led and grown a business, business unit, or revenue organization, and you own the results.
  • You understand education, curriculum, educational publishing, or come from a highly regulated industry. Experience in the education space is a plus.
  • You've led sales teams through long, complex sales cycles and built predictable pipelines.
  • You lead teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive growth.
  • You coach and develop leaders, set high standards, give direct feedback, and hold people accountable to their commitments.
  • You build trust with district leaders, administrators, educators, and internal teams, and you're comfortable working through conflict.
  • You use data, customer feedback, and market insight to make sound business decisions.
  • You bring an entrepreneurial, build-it mindset and a passion for the education space.
  • You have the ability to pivot quickly and change strategy with the ever-changing environment of the education space

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Setting clear expectations, scorecards, and operating rhythms for the leadership team and the sales organization.
  • Building a healthy pipeline and improving opportunity creation, conversion, forecast accuracy, and sales velocity.
  • Winning new school and district partnerships while growing renewals and existing accounts.
  • Leading marketing teams to sharpen demand generation, lead quality, and messaging from first awareness to purchase.
  • Bringing customer feedback and business strategy to Product, Curriculum, and Customer Success to inform product decisions and market positioning.
  • Leading annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and regular business reviews.
  • Building a culture of ownership, healthy conflict, urgency, and care for people.
  • Representing Ramsey Education with confidence at customer meetings, conferences, and key industry conversations.

Other Stuff to Know:

  • We’re looking for people who are passionate about our mission. This isn’t just a J-O-B. We experience resistance every day because what we believe is absolutely countercultural. We actually hate debt. We actually cut up our credit cards . . . like, for real. Some of us are still fighting our way out of debt, but we aren’t going back. If you don’t know much about Ramsey Solutions and our founder, Dave Ramsey, we encourage you to download the Ramsey Network mobile app and consume our content.

  • If Ramsey Solutions sounds like a workplace where you can get excited about Mondays, apply today. We can’t wait to hear from you!

  • EOE, including disability/vets
