About the Role OMS360 is hiring a VP of Operations to lead operational execution across our growing national network of oral and maxillofacial surgery practices. As a premier support organization for oral and maxillofacial surgeons, we partner with leading groups and operate from the Atlanta metro area. Founded in 2022 and backed by Shore Capital Partners, we've grown through partnerships in Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia into a nationwide network. What You'll Do
- Lead regional operations and drive cross-network performance
- scale operational practices across multiple sites
- partner with regional presidents and site leaders to improve revenue, EBITDA and patient outcomes
- ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures and governance
- communicate with the executive team and stakeholders; travel as needed What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of operations leadership with experience overseeing multi-site operations
- 3+ years managing multi-site leaders or regional directors
- proven track record of improving revenue and EBITDA
- strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- willingness to travel
- Bachelor's in Business or a related field; MBA a plus Nice to Have
- MBA preferred
