About the Role As Vice President of Marketing for Healthcare Workforce Solutions, you will lead the strategy and execution for Ascend’s accelerated growth across a multi-brand portfolio, including Laudio and Staff Garden. You’ll define thought leadership, product and solutions marketing, and a differentiated industry presence that positions Ascend as a leader in how healthcare organizations engage and support their workforce. Partnering with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership, you’ll align go-to-market strategy and end-to-end demand generation to build a healthy, scalable pipeline of highly qualified leads.
