Robert Half Finance & Accounting and Kevin Sweet have partnering with a growing and highly entrepreneurial construction/manufacturing organization to identify a Vice President of Finance with a clear and defined pathway to CFO.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is far more than a traditional finance leadership role. The successful candidate will take immediate ownership of the company’s finance and accounting operations, lead an established high-performing team, and serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.
