Your Impact
The Commercial Real Estate Lending Advisor, Vice President is a client-facing lending specialist responsible for driving loan origination growth, with a particular focus on commercial real estate (CRE) and structured credit solutions for Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.
The CRE Lending Advisor partners closely with Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) and underwriting teams to source, originate, structure, and execute sophisticated lending transactions, aligning financing strategies with clients’ broader investment and wealth objectives.

- Serve as the first layer of control by prescreening opportunities and developing thoughtful, well-structured proposals.
- Partner with U.S. Underwriting on credit memo preparation, transaction approvals, and ongoing portfolio management.
Risk & Portfolio Management
- Proactively monitor and manage lending exposures, with a focus on identifying early signs of credit risk and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Navigate solutions for stressed or at-risk positions, particularly within real estate-backed portfolios.
- Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, control procedures, KYC/AML considerations, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of lending origination experience, with a demonstrated track record in commercial real estate financing and complex credit solutions within private banking, commercial banking, or real estate lending platforms.
- Deep expertise in commercial real estate lending, including experience structuring loans across stabilized, transitional, and portfolio-backed assets, in addition to securities-based and alternative collateral lending.
- Demonstrated ability to originate, structure, and execute sophisticated lending transactions aligned to client needs and Firm objectives.
