About the Role BlackRock's Aladdin COO office seeks a Vice President, Business Manager to drive operational discipline, financial rigor, and aligned transparency across the global Aladdin footprint. This role will focus on workforce planning, budget oversight, and governance, partnering with leadership to operationalize strategic business priorities. You will report directly to the head of Financial and Operational Excellence for Aladdin and drive workforce-centric processes including headcount planning, recruiting strategy, internal mobility, and resource allocation.

- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition and day-to-day talent management across Aladdin, translating business priorities into hiring, mobility, and resource allocation operations while maintaining accurate, real-time visibility into headcount, location, and organizational shape.
