Job title: Vice President, Banking Compliance
About the Role The Vice President, Banking Compliance leads the organization’s banking regulatory compliance program and risk management strategy. This senior role partners with Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure adherence to applicable laws, policies, and industry standards while supporting growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee the banking compliance program, policies, and controls.
- Monitor regulatory developments, coordinate assessments, and respond to exams and audits.
- Advise senior leadership on compliance risk, budget, and strategy; allocate resources accordingly.
- Collaborate with risk, legal, and operations teams to maintain an effective control environment.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in banking compliance or risk with leadership responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations and industry standards; strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to influence across functions and drive risk-based decision making.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech or payments; professional certifications such as CRCM or CAMS.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC programs and transaction monitoring.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 108,600 per year (minimum stated). Other benefits not specified.
