What You Will Do
- Provide expert veterinary advice and technical support to farmers on best poultry management practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and market sustainability.
- Conduct regular farm visits to understand client needs, demonstrate product use, and create new business opportunities.
- Drive new business acquisition in the poultry sector through strategic marketing, value addition, and technical support services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
- 1–2 years of experience in veterinary practice, with added advantage for experience in poultry feed sales or farm management.
- Strong knowledge of poultry management, animal nutrition, and farm productivity practices.
- Ability to provide clear, practical technical support to farmers during farm visits.
- Capability to translate technical concepts into simple guidance farmers can easily apply.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers and key industry stakeholders.
