About the Role The Vertical Start Up Manager will play a key role in PMI's shift from cigarettes to smoke-free products, driving cross-functional execution of VSU work processes. You will coordinate IM phases, manage the Manufacturing projects masterplan and related resource planning for VSU activities, and coach VSU leads to drive innovative, efficient start-up initiatives across the global supply chain. What You'll Do

- Experience coordinating cross-functional work in manufacturing or supply chain environments focused on project management and process optimization
- Strong ability to manage masterplans and resource planning for start-up activities
- Leadership skills to coach and coordinate VSU leads and cross-functional teams
