C&A is looking for a sales associate who can combine a passion for fashion with study or a busy private life. You will join a team of motivated colleagues who enjoy pitching in and providing customers with a great shopping experience. Our vision is to get the best out of our people, and you will contribute to an inspiring store appearance and help customers feel welcome and enthusiastic as you assist them with fashion choices. When the store is quieter, you and your teammates keep the store tidy and inspiring. If you are 16 or older, you may also work at the till. The varied tasks make for a dynamic day, and we believe in entrepreneurial people with team spirit and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to an optimal store appearance and inspire customers to get the most out of themselves.
• Be the first to see the latest collections and trends on the shop floor.
• Ensure customers feel welcome, project enthusiasm, and help them with their needs.
• When the store is quiet, work with colleagues to keep the store neat and inviting.
• Stand behind the till if you are 16 years or older.
• Embrace varied duties as part of a fast-paced workday.
• Identify customer needs, engage proactively, ask the right questions, determine the best product for the customer, and leave customers with a satisfied impression.

Requirements

• Minimum mbo level in work and thinking.
• Genuine interest in advising customers on fashion.
• Ability to recognize when customers need advice and approach them accordingly.
• Ability to ask the right questions to uncover needs and recommend suitable products, resulting in satisfied customers.
• Integrity check via the Fraud Register Retail is part of the application procedure.
