About the Role Part-time sales role at the LEGO Store in Cologne responsible for greeting every guest, handling cash register functions, and delivering a professional, friendly experience. You will maintain a clean, safe, and visually engaging store environment, and support stockroom receiving and LEGO Brand Retail visual standards. You will also resolve customer issues and participate in promotional activities to drive engagement.

What You'll Do

• Greet every guest and perform cash register functions in a professional, gracious and engaging manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining displays, and applying LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely operate the stockroom, assist with receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, follow safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Engage customers and utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Perform store operational tasks as needed to support daily store duties.

• Customer-facing experience in a retail environment and ability to greet guests and assist with questions.
• Ability to operate cash register functions and handle transactions.
• Willingness to perform cleaning, stocking, and stockroom activities while adhering to safety regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and escalate to management.
• Enthusiasm for LEGO brand and customer engagement, with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility to work part-time and adapt to store needs.
