About the Role OHB SE is seeking a Verification & Test Lead Engineer (m/f/d) for a permanent position in Bremen or Oberpfaffenhofen. You will define, plan, and oversee the integration, verification, and validation (V&V) strategy for complex multi-domain systems (space, ground, and user segments), ensuring components are tested and integrated according to project requirements, quality standards, and performance criteria. What You'll Do
- Define the overall test and verification strategy across system domains (space, ground, user, core).
- Develop test plans, verification matrices, and integration roadmaps.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and verification results.
- Manage integration strategy for system components from subcontractors and internal teams.
- Oversee system-level tests (functional, performance, environmental, security).
