Job Description
- Conduct on-site/field verification of customer addresses, identity, and documentation
- Ride two-wheelers/three-wheelers to reach assigned verification locations
- Accurately document and report verification findings
- Cross-check and confirm details provided by customers/applicants
- Escalate discrepancies or red flags to the appropriate department
- Maintain proper records of verification exercises carried out
- Meet daily/weekly verification targets as assigned
- Ensure professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers during verification visits
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on the hiring company's role requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to operate and ride both two-wheelers (Bike/Okada) and three-wheelers (Keke Napep) competently
- Valid driver's license / rider's permit
- Willingness to start work promptly upon confirmation
- Ability to understand or speak Yoruba and English
