Job title: Venue Usher/Ticket Taker
About the Role Live Nation's The Masonic is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker to help ensure safety, maintain a clean and welcoming venue, and assist guests with their needs before, during, and after shows.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue
- Answer guest questions, assist guests with locating seats, and examine tickets for entry to various seat levels
- Help keep the venue safe, clean, and presentable for guests
- Resolve guest complaints or problems
- Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as seating accommodations
- Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show
