About this role
About the Role The White River Amphitheatre is seeking individuals who are passionate about the environment to advance our sustainability programs toward a Zero Waste venue. These seasonal, part-time roles are the backbone for educating and guiding crew members in sorting and reducing waste, reporting to the Venue Sustainability Coordinator. What You'll Do

- Assist in employee engagement programs such as the water bottle refill punch cards, post-show sort giveaways and new ideas.
- Engage fans and encourage them to participate in our sustainability programs through activities or education.
- Maintain a clean sorting area and support the post-show pick after each event, which will occasionally result in scheduled shifts occurring on days after a show.

- Must be 18 years of age.
- Not afraid to get dirty or be around unpleasant odors.
- Ability to work outside in variable weather.
- Strong time management skills to show up on time and work late hours.
