About the Role Join Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino as a Venue Sustainability Crew member. You’ll be a backbone of Live Nation’s resource recovery and circularity program, helping maximize landfill diversion during on-site waste sorting, educating fans and staff, and supporting the Venue Sustainability Manager’s initiatives. What You'll Do
- Assist with on-site waste sorting and diversion to maximize landfill avoidance.
- Educate fans and venue staff on recycling, composting, and material circularity.
- Support the Venue Sustainability Manager and the broader sustainability program during events in 2026.
- Be ready to work hands-on in a fast-paced live-event environment and collaborate with a proactive team. What We're Looking For
- Passionate and motivated with an environmental mindset.
- Comfortable learning new concepts and processes; willingness to grow.
- Foundational understanding of recycling, composting, and material circularity; or strong willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, energy, and ability to problem-solve on the fly.
- Team player who enjoys educating others; not afraid to roll up sleeves.
