About the Role Blossom Music Center is seeking a Venue Sustainability Crew member to elevate Live Nation’s sustainability program and drive resource recovery during events. This hourly, seasonal role serves as the backbone of the program, focusing on maximizing landfill diversion through effective waste sorting, educating fans and staff, and supporting the Venue Sustainability Manager for 2026.
What You'll Do
- Sort and divert waste on event days to maximize landfill diversion.
- Educate fans and staff on recycling, composting, and material circularity.
- Support the Venue Sustainability Manager with program implementation and day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with venue operations and staff to improve waste management processes.
- Represent Live Nation’s sustainability goals with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
What We're Looking For
- Passionate and motivated with a deep care for the environment and live music.
- Foundational understanding of recycling, composting, and material circularity, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, energy, and ability to problem-solve on the fly.
- Team player who enjoys educating others and working in a fast-paced events environment.
- Willingness to work on-site at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
