About the Role Xfinity Center is seeking a Venue Sustainability Crew to advance Live Nation's sustainability program at the venue. This role drives our resource recovery and circularity efforts, focusing on maximizing landfill diversion during event waste sorting and educating fans and staff. The crew supports the Venue Sustainability Manager to foster a culture of sustainability across events and operations.
What You'll Do
- Drive resource recovery and circularity programs to maximize landfill diversion during event waste sorting.
- Educate fans and staff on sustainability practices and proactive waste sorting.
- Support the Venue Sustainability Manager and contribute to building the venue's sustainability culture.
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement recycling and composting initiatives.
