Job title: Venue Parking Manager - Mystic Lake Amphitheater
About the Role The Parking Manager at Mystic Lake Amphitheater oversees the Parking department to ensure guest, employee, artist, and venue transportation needs are satisfied during events and non-event days. This is a Part-Time Seasonal position within Live Nation Concerts.
What You'll Do
- Ensure all parking areas are safe, clean, and orderly; maximize space usage.
- Lead traffic control at the beginning and end of event days and assist with parking/traffic flow plans.
- Conduct weekly lot inspections and implement corrective actions; monitor ADA parking usage and assist accessible parking.
- Oversee shuttle, rideshare, and bus drop-off areas to ensure proper flow and guest safety.
- Ensure signage is properly placed and collected during event show days; coordinate with security, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
- Manage parking department equipment and inventory; track inventory and report needs for replacements or repairs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise department staff; organize meetings and convey pertinent information.
- Assist with event-day staffing maps and parking post assignments; investigate and resolve parking complaints.
- Participate in the venue’s sustainability program to promote waste reduction and recycling.
