Job title: Venue Operations Supervisor - MGM Fenway Music Hall
About the Role Live Nation is seeking a Venue Operations Supervisor at MGM Fenway Music Hall to oversee guest services, coat check and VIP operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and smooth venue operations from opening to post-event. This role focuses on guest-first service, operational oversight and cross-department coordination to deliver high-quality live events.
What You'll Do
- Supervise operations-based departments including Guest Services, Coat Check and VIP staff
- Checking accuracy of labor system at the end of the shift
- Maintain appropriate atmosphere (lights, sound level, room temperature, cleanliness, line of sight, table maintenance, room capacity)
- Conduct operations with a Guest First mindset
- Perform opening, ongoing and closing duties
- Occasionally conduct daily pre-shift in an upbeat and motivational manner
- Conduct safety, cleaning and maintenance walk-through – interior and exterior of building
- Check ticket counts with box office before shift begins
- Check email and mailbox for current information
- Familiarize self with event sheets
- Facilitate proper inter-departmental communication and organization
