About the Role Live Nation Venue Merchandise Seller will be assigned to a point of sale in the venue, handling inventory and display setup before events and post-show closeout. The role focuses on delivering an excellent fan experience through merchandise sales and efficient operations in a fast-paced live-event environment. What You'll Do
- Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service.
- Properly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions.
- Prepare your stand display before the event begins so fans can view what is for sale.
- Inventory: count all items prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show.
- Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information, such as pricing and sizing.
- Ring up product properly by design and size.
- Work in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environment.
- Maintain your stand throughout the duration of the event.
- At close, perform final counts, box remaining inventory, and organize supplies for removal back to the artist truck(s). What We're Looking For
- Must be able to work the entire duration of the show from count-in call time to post-show close.
- Must be able to lift to 30+ lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Due to the hours scheduled, applicants must have reliable transportation.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Prior retail experience is a plus. Nice to Have
