Venue Manager
Inspired by the streets of Seoul & Tokyo, Mee So transports you to the hustle and bustle of these modern and intriguing cities, all in the heart of Sydney’s Surry Hills.
As our Venue Manager, this hands-on leadership role is all about being at the heart of the action. You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of Mee So alongside the hotel’s breakfast operations, bringing energy, personality and your own style while developing a passionate and high-performing team.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the food and beverage experience across the hotel, with a focus on beverage curation, authentic service, exceptional menu execution and creating memorable moments for every guest – from the morning breakfast rush through to evenings at Mee So.
Qualifications
Bring your own style to the table, along with:

Previous experience leading a fast-paced restaurant, bar or hotel food and beverage operation

A confident, energetic and hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop your team

Experience overseeing breakfast operations and delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience

A genuine interest in Asian food and beverage trends, with the curiosity to explore new ideas and experiences

A guest-obsessed mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships

The ability to balance operational performance, service standards and a positive team culture

Availability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

A valid NSW RSA

Valid Australian working rights
