About the Role As the Venue Ancillary Manager at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA, you will lead a team responsible for generating revenue through VIP upgrades, premier parking, lawn chair rentals, fast lane access, future ticket sales, and other upsell opportunities on show days. This part-time, seasonal role is primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays, with in-office pre- and post-event responsibilities. Your mission is to drive sales while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Do
- Maximize Revenue & Guest Satisfaction by overseeing the execution of all upsell programs and ensuring seamless guest interactions
- Continuously analyze data and guest feedback to adjust pricing strategies and sales tactics
- Identify new revenue opportunities that enhance the fan experience
