About the Role AT&T Services, Inc. in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas is seeking a Sales/Promotions Associate to execute telemarketing, cambaceo and volanteo activities, and to manage product inventories. This role will implement the current commercial offer to deliver a helpful, simple, and memorable customer experience, while driving daily productivity metrics. What You'll Do
- Execute telemarketing, cambaceo and volanteo activities, following up daily on referrals and engaging customers on the sales floor to meet daily productivity targets.
- Apply the company promise during the sales process to provide a personal, easy, and memorable customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions based on the current offer to achieve total satisfaction.
- Inventory stock using the relevant inventory formats to maintain control of entries and exits and preserve the brand image. What We're Looking For
- Education: Minimum secundaria concluida; desirable preparatoria concluida. If selected candidate does not meet the required level, sign a commitment letter to start/complete the required level and participate in the program "Reto Termina tus Estudios".
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, inventory and cash handling; Desired 2 years in sales, inventory, cash handling and customer portfolio management.
- Other: Onsite work in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas and ability to work in a metric-driven environment.
