Job title: Vendor Coordinator - Outside Processing
About the Role This role deals directly with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of product to appropriate locations. It also involves inspecting product upon delivery to verify that delivered product specifications meet adherence to all QCM/QCI requirements.
What You'll Do
- Review and schedule outside processing product loads to insure that shop floor schedules and customer requirements are met.
- Communicate with vendors in regards to week/monthly delivery requirements and capacity thru-put issues.
- Ensure vendor adherence to all QCM/QCI requirements (i.e., Tech cards, certifications, etc.)
- Interact with Manufacturing
What We're Looking For
- Experience dealing with vendors and coordinating outside processing to meet shop floor and customer requirements.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate weekly/monthly delivery requirements and address capacity through-put issues.
- Familiarity with QCM/QCI requirements such as tech cards and certifications.
- Ability to collaborate with Manufacturing to align delivery and production needs.
