About the Role Join TOUS team at CC La Zenia in Alicante as a Sales Associate on a temporary contract. You will help clients by advising, creating unique looks with exclusive products, and being part of special moments. You’ll have the opportunity to be yourself, choose the uniform that represents you, and showcase TOUS products to enrich customers’ experiences. What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers, provide styling advice, and create personalized looks with exclusive products.
- Maintain in-store presentation and merchandising; ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Share product knowledge and help achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Represent the brand with a positive attitude and collaborate with the team with energy and enthusiasm.
- Participate in ongoing training on product knowledge, visual merchandising, customer experience, KPIs, and more.
- Engage in virtual coffee chats with leadership and use TOUS Connect intranet to stay informed and share ideas.
- Take advantage of employee benefits: 30% discount on all products and year-round special sales.
- Work a 36-hour weekly schedule on rotating shifts (10:00-16:00 or 16:00-22:00), Monday to Sunday. What We're Looking For
- Passion for product and fashion; enjoy styling and helping customers express themselves through looks.
- Good communication skills and ability to connect with customers.
- Language skills are a plus; ability to attend to international clients.
- Experience as a salesperson is ideal, but training will be provided if you’re new to it.
- Attitude and teamwork; be authentic and comfortable representing the TOUS brand. Nice to Have
- Experience in retail sales (preferred).
