About the Role TOUS is seeking a Sales Associate for our Segovia store. The role focuses on advising customers, creating styling looks with exclusive products, and being part of special moments for clients. Contract is indefinite with a part-time schedule of 10 hours per week, Monday to Saturday afternoon with breaks.
What You'll Do
- Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to clients
- Help customers express themselves through outfits and looks using TOUS products
- Maintain product knowledge, visual merchandising, and deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Participate in continuous training and development sessions, virtual coffee chats, and use TOUS Connect and Yammer to share ideas
- Assist in delivering a positive, friendly in-store atmosphere and teamwork
What We're Looking For
- Passion for product and fashion; authentic attitude
- Experience as a salesperson is ideal but training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers
- Language skills are a plus to engage with international clients
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
