Vehicle Service Consultant (f/m/d)

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling service appointments and welcoming customers upon arrival.
• Customer Consulting: Providing comprehensive customer advice regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services in accordance with all service process requirements.
• Work Order Management: Opening repair orders and monitoring the repair process while maintaining regular communication with customers.
• Documentation: Completing and verifying all required documentation before handing the vehicle back to the customer.
• Vehicle Handover: Delivering the vehicle to the customer and explaining the completed work.
• Complaint Handling: Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualification requirements

• Education: Minimum secondary education qualification (Level IV).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems and components.
• Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English and/or German.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Driving Licence: Valid Category B driving licence.
• Competencies: Strong teamwork skills, perseverance, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
