About the Role Join Szott Ford in Holly, Michigan as a Vehicle Sales Consultant. This role focuses on selling vehicles, building relationships with customers, and guiding them through paperwork to complete a great car-buying experience. No automotive experience? We’ll train the right person who is eager to learn and succeed. What You'll Do
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles; - Build relationships with customers; - Process paperwork; - Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up; - Participate in ongoing training and professional development. What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed; - Positive attitude with excellent communication skills; - Customer-focused and professional; - Valid driver's license with a good driving record; - Sales experience is helpful but not required; - Automotive experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals; - Veterans encouraged to apply.
