Mission
Position Overview We are seeking a Systems & Requirements Engineer to define, author, maintain, and govern customer-level feature requirements for current and future vehicle programs. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between product planning, core engineering, systems engineering, HMI, software, hardware, and physical validation teams. You will translate customer expectations, field insights, and competitive benchmarks into clear, testable, and traceable technical specifications across the vehicle lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Lifecycle Management: Own the authoring, baselining, review, approval, and status tracking of engineering requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
