Job Summary
Reporting to the Vehicle Installation Team Leader, the Vehicle Installation Technician will undertake a wide range of tasks including: The installation of tracking devices, speed limiters and dashcams in customer vehicles. Trouble shoot and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the installation of our devices in the customers vehicles. Assist the Sales Team in handling issues from customers enquiries. Explain to our customers how our different services work. Make on-the-spot judgments regarding the immediate action required when incidents arise. Configuration of different types of tracking devices to perform required on our different tracking platforms.
