About this role

About the Role The VDDS Staff Engineering Technician will support the development of high-quality engineering 2D/3D deliverables for complex infrastructure projects in the Power Providers Market Sector, with a focus on Nuclear facilities. Under minimal supervision, you'll create and modify electrical design drawings using Bentley MicroStation and related tools. What You'll Do

  • Create and modify electrical design drawings in Bentley MicroStation and other Bentley tools for Nuclear facilities
  • Support design of duct banks, cable trays, grounding, lighting, and other electrical systems
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams within the Power Providers Market Sector
  • Assist with project budgets and schedules, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements What We're Looking For
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
  • Experience creating 2D/3D electrical designs using Bentley MicroStation and related tools
  • Familiarity with AGI32 lighting design and illumination calculations is preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Nuclear facility projects is a plus Nice to Have
  • SmartPlant Electrical knowledge
  • Additional experience with AGI32 and lighting modeling
