Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Van Sales Representative with experience in FMCG or a similar sales environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assigned routes, growing sales, developing customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in van sales, FMCG sales, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of route-to-market operations.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to manage assigned routes and identify new sales opportunities.
- Must be available for immediate deployment.

- Salary: 100,000 Net Monthly
- Driver Allowance: 41,000
- Truck-Out Allowance: 40,000
- Commission: Based on monthly target achievement
