The role of Validation Engineer is based in our C-Power Business Group in Lublin, Poland. Responsibilities: Act as laboratory referent in projects, ensuring delivery on quality, cost, and timelines Define, implement, and monitor Validation Plans (VPs) and related project budgets Plan and coordinate test activities, including resources, equipment, and scheduling Ensure test execution validity (procedures, part conformity, customer requirements) and analyse results Manage subcontracted testing activities when required Identify risks and drive corrective actions and alternative solutions Consolidate workload, resources, and costs with management and project teams Communicate validation progress through reports, dashboards, and meetings Interface with customers: manage visits, align on procedures, and support validation activities Contribute to lab improvements, technician development, and compliance with quality & safety standards Requirements: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electronics, or similar field Entry-level or early-career experience with a strong technical foundation Knowledge of testing, validation methodologies, and laboratory environments Basic project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple activities Familiarity with testing, validation methodologies and laboratory environments.
