Job Overview
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with hotel procedures
- Provide a smooth and professional arrival and departure experience for guests
- Assist with guest luggage, including collection, delivery, and storage
- Greet and escort guests, offering friendly and helpful service at all times
- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure vehicles and guest property are handled with care
- Support the Concierge and Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and secure
- Follow all safety, security, and hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Front Office, Concierge, or customer service role preferred
- Valid driver’s licence with ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Professional presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
