About the Role Join Western Digital to help build the infrastructure behind the AI-driven data economy. This role focuses on the refurbishment, installation, and commissioning of vacuum sputtering automated equipment and key components, as well as equipment conversion tasks for product changeovers, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and site-wide operational standardization. What You'll Do
- Full-Cycle Equipment Management: refurbishment, installation, and commissioning of vacuum sputtering automated equipment and key components; equipment conversion tasks for product changeovers
- Preventive Maintenance & Optimization: lead annual, quarterly, and monthly major equipment inspections and commissioning plans; participate in design optimization and improvement projects for key components to enhance equipment reliability
- Intelligent Analysis & Troubleshooting: utilize internal AI tools to analyze equipment operational data and historical records, enabling accurate diagnosis and efficient resolution of production equipment failures
- Standardized Operations & Site Management: strictly adhere to the company's Integrated Management System What We're Looking For
- Experience with vacuum sputtering equipment and automated manufacturing systems
- Ability to refurbish, install, commission, and convert equipment for product changeovers
- Strong preventive maintenance planning capabilities and experience with design optimization
- Proficiency in analyzing equipment operational data and using AI tools for troubleshooting
- Commitment to standardized operations and site management in line with the Integrated Management System
