About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile, build and maintain design systems, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver user-centered fintech solutions. The role emphasizes interaction design, prototyping, and clear communication of design concepts to cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Interaction Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Financial Domain Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of financial concepts, products, and services.
- Design solutions that address the unique challenges and complexities of the financial industry.
- Stay up to date on new financial technologies and trends.
