About the Role Join Babel as a UX/UI Designer to lead the UX/UI strategy for digital projects, bridging user needs with elegant visual design. You will transform business goals into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and design systems, guiding the product from concept to delivery. What You'll Do
- Guarantee and drive UX/UI aspects across digital projects; analyze, design and present user journeys; facilitate UX workshops (co-design, design thinking, design sprint, UX mapping, personas).
- Create wireframes and clickable prototypes; produce graphical designs and high-fidelity mockups; implement component libraries and design systems; develop animated prototypes.
- Oversee the integration of designs with developers; fine-tune animations; organize UX user tests; establish a visual design charter; adapt assets for social media (posts and ads).
- Lead the setup and maintenance of design systems and component libraries; train production/supervision teams on design methodologies. What We're Looking For
- Holds a Bac +2 to Bac +5 in Design or Multimedia; a first startup or agency experience is valued.
- Mastery of Design Thinking or Design Sprint and customer-centered design; strong graphic sensibility.
- Creativity, curiosity, enthusiasm and proactive attitude; strong interpersonal and UX/UI analysis skills.
- Autonomy, agility and rigor; sensitivity to business issues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, with participation in at least 3 major projects, preferably in the banking sector. Nice to Have
- Proficiency with Sketch and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD). Compensation & Benefits
