Job title: UX/UI Design Professional
About the Role TripleTen is seeking experienced UX/UI Design professionals for a full-time teaching role. You will guide and support students on their path to becoming professional UX/UI designers, with a flexible, remote schedule and a 40-hour workweek focused on student success.
What You'll Do
- Host regular live Q&A sessions to help students unblock and progress confidently
- Offer personalized support through 1:1 video calls to answer questions and guide assignments
- Occasionally respond to student questions via direct messages
- Lead live lessons on core program topics and industry-relevant skills
- Share professional insights and best practices to support the learning community
- Review student projects and provide feedback based on program standards
- Write clear, actionable feedback to help students improve and meet expectations
- Support students in text by explaining concepts, troubleshooting code, and clarifying project or review questions
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI Design with expertise in:
- Design Thinking and Visual Design: applying user-centered design principles and creating visually appealing, functional designs
- UX Research and Usability Testing: conducting user interviews, usability tests, and contextual inquiries
- Prototyping and Interaction Design: proficient with tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision for wireframes and interactive prototyping
- UI Design Systems and Accessibility: building scalable design systems and adhering to accessibility guidelines
- Ability to explain complex topics in understandable terms
- Patience and empathy toward students
- Nice to have: Teaching or tutoring experience; have online study experience and a desire to help create an excellent UX/UI Design learning environment
