Estimated Salary:
UX Visual Designer: $86,000-$114,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

Create high-fidelity mockups, visual designs, and interactive prototypes that deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and digital platforms.
Partner with UX researchers, designers, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into effective design solutions.
Contribute to and evolve design systems, visual standards, and reusable components that promote consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
Design responsive experiences that perform across devices, browsers, and assistive technologies while adhering to accessibility best practices.
Present design concepts, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and user insights into iterative improvements.
Support the end-to-end design process, from concept development and requirements gathering through implementation and validation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Experience creating user-centered digital experiences, visual designs, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar platforms.
Understanding of responsive design principles, digital accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and presentation skills with the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States.

PREFERRED:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience working in Agile product development environments.
Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive digital experiences.
Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Knowledge of analytics tools and data-driven design decision making.
Active participation in UX, design, or digital experience industry communities.
