Fluent across the full UX spectrum — research, IA, wireframing, and interaction design. You're not the deepest specialist in any one area, but you bring strong instincts, broad capability, and the ability to move a project from fuzzy problem to clear solution.
- Experience spanning discovery, IA, wireframing, and prototyping on complex digital projects
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, synthesizing research, and translating findings into design decisions
- Experience on content-heavy or mission-driven websites
Data / Analytics
You see stories in spreadsheets and patterns in dashboards. You turn raw data into decisions.
- Proficient with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Builds dashboards that actually get used
- Experienced defining (actually useful) KPIs and measurement frameworks for websites
