UX Designer Specialist
What you will do:
- Analyze user research data to identify patterns, user needs, and actionable insights.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations and UX audits to assess product usability and alignment with best practices.
- Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) to audit and improve digital products for inclusivity.
What is required:
- 3+ years of expertise in UX design, user research, usability testing, or related domains.
- Demonstrated experience authoring research syntheses, usability evaluations, UX audit reports, or similar documentation.
- Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines such as WCAG and their practical application.
