About the Role SEYSES USA is building high-performance teams to deliver utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. We are hiring experienced professionals based in the United States to lead, supervise, and execute field-based solar deployments with safety, rigor, and efficiency. This is a multi-role posting for Project Manager, Site Manager, Civil Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, Quality Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, and Commissioning Manager/Commissioning Engineer, all tied to active and upcoming U.S. projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead, supervise, and deliver utility-scale solar projects in the field across the United States
• Manage contractor performance, schedules, quality control, and reporting
• Enforce safety standards in line with OSHA regulations and SEYSES safety culture
• Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and suppliers; ensure proper documentation and handovers
• Travel within the U.S. as project locations require
• Work in dynamic, fast-paced construction environments to meet project milestones

What We're Looking For

• U.S. work authorization (citizen or valid work permit)
• Strong understanding of U.S. safety regulations (OSHA compliance required)
• Proven experience managing contractors, schedules, quality control and reporting
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced construction environments
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. depending on project location
• Additional certifications (PMP, OSHA 30, NABCEP, etc.) are highly valued

Nice to Have

• PMP, OSHA 30, NABCEP or similar certifications
• Prior experience on utility-scale solar projects and commissioning
