Job title: Utility Operator
AGP is seeking a full-time Utility Operator in Dawson, MN to support sanitation, maintain equipment, and provide vacation relief at a soybean processing facility. This role will involve performing a variety of related production and operations tasks as part of the plant's daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Clean equipment, tank farms and outside work areas
- Handle any processing materials and supplies required of the operation
- Keep all containment areas free of water and trash
- Train to perform other production and operations positions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
- Willing and able to work days, nights and weekends.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Takes initiative.
- Team player.
- Must be able to write legibly.
- Basic math skills.
- Able to understand and follow safety procedures and other instructions.
- Able to read and understand manufacturing standards and specifications.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
