About the Role US Concerts is seeking an Usher/Ticket Taker for Shoreline Amphitheatre (Seasonal 2026). The role supports guest safety, venue cleanliness, and guest assistance before, during and after events. What You'll Do
- Greet guests, scan tickets at entry, answer questions, assist with locating seats, and verify tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during events.
- Help keep the venue safe, clean, and presentable; resolve guest questions or problems and assist guests with special needs, such as seating accommodations.
- Verify staff credentials for generally restricted areas as required.
- Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program, including recycling efforts and educating fans about conservation.
- Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions in case of emergency; assist in ensuring guests enjoy the show safely.
- As end-of-show duties, partner with venue staff to close the venue, which may include collecting recyclables and properly storing equipment (lawn chairs, barricade, etc.).
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Passionate, motivated, and guest-focused; entrepreneurial spirit; resourceful and forward-thinking.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Able to greet guests, scan tickets, assist with seating and accessibility accommodations.
- Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and in a fast-paced event environment.
- A team player with the ability to follow directions and work collaboratively. Nice to Have
- Experience in live events or ushering and/or familiarity with venue recycling or sustainability programs (CARE) is a bonus. Compensation & Benefits
