Job title: Usher/Ticket Taker- Belasco
About the Role Join Live Nation as an usher, greeter or ticket taker at the Belasco in Los Angeles. You’ll help ensure guest safety and venue cleanliness while engaging with fans to assist with their needs before, during and after performances.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests, scan tickets at entry, answer questions, assist with locating seats, and examine tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during events.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable venue; resolve guest complaints or problems.
- Verify tickets or passes to confirm authenticity and provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as seating accommodations.
- Show CARE by participating in recycling and sustainability efforts before, during and after the show.
- Guide guests to exits or provide instructions or assistance in case of emergency; help close the venue after events (e.g., collecting recyclables, storing equipment).
- Assist patrons by giving directions inside or outside the venue and carry out additional tasks as requested by management.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
