Job title: Usher/Scanner/ID Checker/Coat Check
About the Role This role proactively interacts with guests to provide information and assistance to ensure an enjoyable venue experience from entry onward. You will take on responsibilities across coat check, ticket scanning, ID verification, and guest guidance to help patrons navigate the venue with ease.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a smile and provide friendly, helpful service
- Scan guest tickets at venue entry and admit guests with valid tickets
- Inform guests with invalid tickets of their options and next steps
- Answer guest questions and provide directions/information
- Check-in guests on VIP lists
- Manage coat check operations
- Verify guest IDs to ensure they are of legal drinking age
- Check tickets and passes in reserved seating areas and at staff entrances
- Assist patrons with directions and information
