About the Role US Concerts is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker. In this role you help ensure safety, maintain venue cleanliness, and engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during, and after shows. What You'll Do
- Greet guests, scan tickets at entry, answer questions, assist with locating seats and examine tickets for entry to various seat levels during the event.
- Help keep the venue safe, clean and presentable to guests; resolve guest complaints or problems.
- Verify tickets or passes to ensure authenticity; assist guests with special needs, such as seating accommodations.
- Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.
- Guide guests to exits or provide instructions in case of emergency; may assist in verifying staff credentials for restricted areas.
- Participate in the venue’s sustainability program, such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating fans about our efforts.
- Assist with post-show tasks to close the venue, including collecting recyclables and storing event equipment as needed.
- Provide directions inside or outside the venue and ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
- Additional tasks as requested by management. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
