About the Role US Concerts is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker to help ensure safety, maintain venue cleanliness, and engage with guests before, during, and after shows. This role supports guest experience and venue operations at Live Nation events. What You'll Do
- Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry; assist with locating seats and examine tickets for entry to different seating levels
- Keep the venue safe, clean, and presentable; resolve guest complaints or problems
- Verify tickets or passes for authenticity; assist guests with special needs (seat accommodations)
- Guide guests to exits or provide emergency instructions; participate in verifying staff credentials for restricted areas
- Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program (sorting waste, collecting recyclables, educating fans about sustainability)
- Contribute to post-show venue closure (collect recyclables, store event equipment)
- Provide directions inside/outside the venue; ensure guests are safely enjoying the show
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management
