About this role
About the Role As an Usher at Leader Bank Pavilion, you help ensure a safe and orderly concert experience by guiding guests, assisting with seat locations, and delivering excellent customer service to guests and visiting artists. You’ll learn the venue layout, support event operations, and carry out tasks as needed within the usher role. This position supports the April 2026 – October 2026 concert and event season, with shifts typically in the evening and some daytime events; evening availability is required. The Leader Bank Pavilion usher team is affiliated with the IATSE Local B-4 union.
What You'll Do
- Ensure a safe and orderly concert experience for guests, visiting artists, and the public.
- Learn the venue layout and assist guests in locating their seats.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer guest questions and concerns.
- Support event operations during the April 2026 – October 2026 season; evening shifts are common and some daytime events occur.
- Work as part of the usher team affiliated with IATSE Local B-4.
